Project start - November 2016, finish – July 2017.

Project goal: Semi-automatic line for the preparation of sugar syrup with productivity 3000l/h., мade from the components of "Alfa Laval" and "Schwarte Milfor".

Scope of supply:

• harmonization of production technology;
• calculation and selection of equipment;
• determination of the required area;
• location of equipment, identification of points of approach and removal of service media, location of sewer trays;
• manufacture and assembly of units;
• installation of the line into the Customer.

During the assembling into the Customer, the following works are done additionally:

• organization of the syrup delivery line for an additional filling line;
• installation of pipelines for CIP cleaning line components;
• organization of signal exchange with external systems.

• possibility to increase productivity up to 5000l/h. without large investments;
• the line can easily be modernized;
• high-quality and reliable components of leading European manufacturers;
• after connecting objects using the manual patch panels, the processes occur automatically with the maintenance of the necessary parameters.
