Multitube heat exchangers are used to heat or cool products in membrane filtration plants. These heat exchangers are made of stainless steel (AISI 316L), in a hygienic design. All materials comply with FDA regulations.
The multitube heat exchangers are available in two standard sizes: 1 m2 and 2 m2. They consist of an external pipe placed around 34 pipes (1 m2)or60pipes (2m2). The cooling/heating medium flows on the outside of these pipes. Customized dimensions and connections are available on request.
